Jekada Widows and Youth Educational Foundation (JWYEF) was established the 2015 with the aims of resolving and promoting educational development and excellence in order to improve the living conditions of the exploited and less privileged in society particularly widows and youths, to fully develop the potential regardless of gender, and ethnicity, or religion.
To resolve and promote educational excellence of youths and improve the living conditions of widows in society.
A society where every person can strive regardless of social status and can develop to their full potential unbiased.
To give widows and youths opportunities to attend economic and educational excellence to improve the living conditions of the exploited and less privileged in society.
Air Cdre Emmanuel Kabirat Jekada was born in Madakiya, near Kafanchan, Kaduna State. He attended Basawa Teachers’ College, Zaria and joined the Nigerian Air Force as a potential Pilot Cadet and Member of Cadet’s Military Training Course 2 (CMTC) in 1977. He was commissioned as a regular combatant officer in the rank of Pilot Officer in 1980. His qualifications amongst others, include, Master in Business Administration (MBA), Master in International Relations and Strategic Studies (MIRSS) and a Ph.D. in International Relations and Strategic Studies. He is a Fellow, Institute of Professional Financial Managers, London (FIPFM) and six (6) other professional bodies.

The passion of given out has always being an integral part of me as a humanitarian bringing in to light this course was a milestone for especially to women and young people who are vulnerable in our society.
